Driver / Warehouse Coordinator
Job Description:
Coordinate shipping and delivery team and schedule
- Process or assist team in creating delivery tickets
- Ensure delivered jobs are returned to accounting for invoicing in a timely manner.
- Stay current on UPS/FedEx/LTL and other shipping software and regulations.
- Ship or deliver product to customers.
- Coordinate and deliver work in process to outside bindery vendors
- Coordinate and deliver outgoing mail jobs to post office as specified by mail department/sales.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Operate forklift, pallet jacks and other warehouse storage equipment as needed.
Assist production manager in storage and warehouse layout changes and needs.
Coordinate and facilitate general shop maintenance; including, but not limited to, initial diagnosis of production equipment issues, fixing or repairing when able. Coordinate and assist outside maintenance vendors as needed for production equipment issues.
Willingness to work between production departments as needed.
