Summary of Position
We are seeking a results-driven Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize innovative Salesforce solutions that empower business operations and drive growth. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce platform development, integrate Salesforce with critical business systems, and ensure the platform meets the highest standards of scalability, security, and performance. By partnering with IT teams, developers, and business leaders, you will shape the strategic use of Salesforce to address complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership : Provide strategic oversight of Salesforce architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices and guiding development teams through complex challenges.
Solution Design : Create comprehensive data models, system integrations, and deliver seamless user experiences through thoughtful technical solutions.
Platform Leadership : Lead the architectural design and solution development across multiple Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Buy vs. Build Decision-Making : Evaluate whether to buy or build solutions, prioritizing off-the-shelf options where feasible to minimize custom development.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Integration Management : Oversee system integration and data flow between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership : Provide direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers and IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
Best Practices & Governance : Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance processes to maintain high-quality development across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Process Automation : Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Salesforce environment.
Security & Performance Audits : Conduct regular audits of the Salesforce environment to ensure data security, optimal system performance, and scalability.
Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
-7+ years experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration .
-Salesforce Architect certification(s), such as Application Architect or System Architect .
-Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components , and other Salesforce development tools.
-Strong knowledge of CRM systems, APIs , and data management strategies.
-Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud , and Marketing Cloud .
-Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies .
-Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices specific to Salesforce environments.
-Experience with automation testing in Salesforce development projects.
Reporting Relationships
The Salesforce Architect will report to the Head of Technical Operations . This position does not have direct reports.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. Occasionally, in-person team gatherings or training sessions provide opportunities for collaboration and professional development.

The base salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $180,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
