As a Reticle (or Photomask) Project Coordinator in Micron Technology’s Tapeout Operations team, you will run projects for the creation of photo masks from design definition through reticle delivery. Working in Micron’s Technology and Products Group (TPG), the Reticle Coordinator leads projects to facilitate the tapeout of masks working multi-functionally with Design, Process Integration, OPC, Scribe, Modeling, Lithography, Tapeout Operations, Mask Shop and Fab.
The successful candidate will have the foundation to develop technical semiconductor knowledge and project management. This role is driven by delivering quality time to market reticle solutions for Micron products supporting Technology Development and Manufacturing!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop project plans to enable timely and quality reticle delivery.
Understand layout, process and reticle change requests.
Define and document reticle requirements.
Drive problems to resolution; identify and handle risks.
Facilitate regular meetings with key partners.
Develop procedure and solutions to improve reticle tapeout efficiency, quality and cycle-time.
Document and report issues to related groups or collaboration site for future improvement.
Collaborate with each site’s Reticle Coordinators and mask engineers.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
At least 2 years of demonstrable experience working hands-on in reticle projects.
Proven track record in reticle project management and effective stakeholder management, effectively leading multi-functional teams to achieve the end goal.
Must possess a background in Semiconductor, preferably with at least an intermediate understanding of photolithography and reticle manufacturing.
Hands on understanding of HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) environment and its reticles-related mode of operations.
Basic understanding of Optical Proximity Correction (OPC).
Layout viewer (i.e. K2View) experience; DF2 database layout experience is ideal.
Strong data analysis skills preferably with experience in Tableau, JMP etc.
Must possess effective communication in English and be highly proficient in presentation skills; successful candidates will be detailed and sharp in pin-pointing critical factors.
The ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
Must be analytical and methodical with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with knowledge or experience of 5 Whys and G8D.
Ability and flexibility to support a multi-cultural spectrum of stakeholders across different time zones (US, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, India etc.).
Attention to details and strives for precision/accuracy without compromising efficiency.
Must demonstrate a dedication to results via perseverance, diligence and grit.
Must be able to engage effectively with larger team to ensure quality input from partners, while demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
Effective time management for time-sensitive, complex and interrelated tasks.
Adept at navigating uncertainties and working effectively with limited information and supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
