Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 650+ provider multispecialty group practice. Appointed and evaluated annually by the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) President and Executive Medical Directors (EMD), the Advanced Practitioner Clinical Director (APCD) is the lead provider for their scope of care and assigned clinicians within the designated service lines. The APCD will be a clinically active provider within SAMG with an established track record of clinical excellence, credibility, and commitment to Saint Alphonsus Health System (SAHS) and SAMG.
The APCD articulates and supports policies and initiatives put forth by the SAMG/SAHS leadership team, including retention and recruitment strategies. He/she provides feedback and assists with resolution and /or recommendations on provider issues.
Requirements:
Masters or Doctorate level education with current certification as Advance Practice Provider.
Unrestricted Ambulatory or Medical staff privileges at one of the following: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa; Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Ontario; or Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Baker City
The APCD shall be employed by SAMG as a 0.6 or greater clinical APP and 0.1 FTE administrative.
Demonstrated proficiency in teamwork, performance analysis, presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with peers, colleagues, medical staff, and management.
Knowledge of Word, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Outlook.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an APP.
