A Mechanical Engineer is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Boise, ID area. This role involves delivering engineering design and support for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in industrial and commercial facilities, with a focus on technical quality, project coordination, and client satisfaction.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Work on state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facility projects that support core client operations.

• Ensure adherence to schedule and technical quality for complex engineering tasks.

• Develop familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and project schedules.

• Provide on-site assistance during startup phases, coordinating with other staff and discipline leads.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on design, development, application, evaluation, and specification of engineered systems, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
