What Supply Chain Planning contributes to Cardinal Health
Supply Chain Planning is responsible for ensuring the right quantity of products arrive in the right place, at the right time and cost. This job family is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning, supply planning, deployment planning, inventory planning, collaborative planning, expediting, purchasing and the design and implementation of the supply chain network. Supply Chain Planning utilized supplier contracts and manufacturing parameters to exceed customer service level commitments while optimizing supply chain costs and inventory. Supply Chain Planning leverages technology to achieve best in class processes to position supply chain as a competitive advantage.
Job Summary
The Manager, Kinaxis Center of Excellence (CoE) leads a team of Kinaxis and supply chain subject matter experts, responsible for overseeing implementation, optimization, and support of the advanced planning system. This dynamic leader will lead an organization that acts as a central hub for best practices and innovation, ensuring the technology is aligned to business needs and strategy. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence and enables the business to fully leverage the power of Kinaxis for supply chain planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and mentor a team and actively develop your team to achieve performance goals and individual development plans.
Oversees the implementation, optimization, and support of Kinaxis to fully leverage existing and new capabilities.
Responsible for maintaining a deep expertise in Kinaxis and supply chain planning. Individual will understand and analyze business processes to identify opportunities to standardize or enhance.
Acts as the Kinaxis business product owner and partners with IT and business stakeholders to manage and prioritize enhancement backlogs.
Develops and implements the planning system strategic roadmap to incorporate best-in-class capabilities and support segment strategies.
Provides a comprehensive training, education, and support for 300+ users across the organization.
Develops metrics to analyze system adoption and executes strategies to improve user experience, adoption, and results.
Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on priorities and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
8+ years related experience in supply chain with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results highly desired.
Experience in leading and managing complex planning system implementations preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices preferred.
Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization highly preferred.
Excellent project management skills, with a focus on execution, delivering on commitments, and managing stakeholders preferred.
Ability to travel as needed during implementations.

Anticipated salary range: $86,400 - $129,570
