Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Provide Training, Development, and Education Solutions

• Work with stakeholder groups to Identify training opportunities, and potential solutions

• Perform needs analysis on requests or business opportunities

• Design training solutions to meet needs

• Develop solutions to meet design requirements

• Provide Instruction, facilitation, or presentations

• Implement solutions

• Evaluate solution effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments

Develop, Govern, and Administer Learning and Development Processes and Systems

• Administer and manage systems for supporting training, development, and education

• Establish and apply standards for workforce development procedures

• Identify and report on critical metrics (readiness and training completion reports)

• Create and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records

• Troubleshoot training systems and identify solutions

Provide Workforce Development Consultation and Expertise

• Act as a consultant or liaison to internal team members

• Provide information regarding existing training materials and documentation

• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts

• Build and maintain learning communities and networks

• Maintain domain specific knowledge

• Mentor workforce development colleagues on relevant processes and systems

Support Team Member Development Programs

• Assist with the development and maintenance of Workforce Development programs

• Facilitate and participate in deployment meetings

• Support change management

• Assist leaders in preparing organization for change

• Support implementation and communication plans

• Develop, coordinate, or provide program training

• Maintain regular communication with site leadership regarding program activities

• Identify and provide transparency to critical metrics

• Promote the integration of programs into site processes

Participate in Projects

• Provide support for needs analysis on projects

• Participate in project definition

• Execute to project plan

• Escalate risks and issues

• Communicate project status and goals with stakeholders

• Evaluate project efficiency

Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of applicable experience. OR. Master's degree with no more than 3 years of applicable experience.

You must possess strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.

You must possess the ability to be agile and adapt to dynamic business environment.

Experience with regional/global or cross-cultural project management is highly advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

L&D experience or knowledge

LMS experience, preferably (Workday)

Public speaking, presentation and training experience

Microsoft Office Suites

Documentation experience is a plus.
