What You'll Do
motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff
provide stellar customer service
oversee cash handing processes and POS programming
ensure food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
manage the daily retail food service operations
manage vendor relationships and compliance

What You Bring
food service experience in a high-volume environment
extensive background in front of house food service operations
extensive management experience in a food service or healthcare environment
demonstrated strong leadership skills, employee engagement, and retaining staff
possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service
demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
