What You'll Do

• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff

• provide stellar customer service

• oversee cash handing processes and POS programming

• ensure food and physical safety programs and standards are followed

• manage the daily retail food service operations

• manage vendor relationships and compliance

What You Bring

• food service experience in a high-volume environment

• extensive background in front of house food service operations

• extensive management experience in a food service or healthcare environment

• demonstrated strong leadership skills, employee engagement, and retaining staff

• possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service

• demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
