Jacobs Entry Level Water Resources Engineer in Boise, Idaho

We’re seeking Civil and Environmental Engineers with an interest in Water Resources and Water/Wastewater Engineering to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for both local and global clients.
As a Water Resources Engineer work would include development and application of environmental and water resources analyses, to support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies; planning and design for water storage, conveyance, and distribution projects; performing research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies as well as data collection, processing, and analysis to support water resources planning activities.
If more interested in the Water/Wastewater side of things your work could include a variety of water treatment projects including providing field investigations and water quality testing on full-scale water and wastewater treatment facilities; conducting water treatment facility pilots, desktop treatment analysis including using membrane performance projections and mass/flow balances; evaluations, design, and commissioning.

Full-time permanent positions require a bachelor’s degree in civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or another closely related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
Relevant coursework or projects
EIT or on track to obtain
