Express is seeking a customer success specialist for a local state agency. Job duties include:
- Provide front-line customer service including greeting visitors and callers and answering questions
- Assist customers via in-person, phone, email, and mail
- Perform a variety of admin support tasks, such as generating labels, forms, and routine letters, verifying completeness of applications and forms, and maintaining record systems
- Process permits, licenses and registrations for customers
- Process mail and distribute packages
- Upload documents into database
Experience:
- Monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors
- Researching a variety of sources to resolve problems
- Interpreting, explaining & applying regulations, laws, policies
- Familiarity with computer programs, including Word and Excel
- Fluency in speaking Spanish is a plus
Other Details:
- Schedule is Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- Pay rate is \$17.74/hr.
- Position is estimated to last until at least January 2025, with the possibility of being hired permanently based on company\'s hiring needs
