How will you impact our mission? Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho by managing and coordinating referrals and services along with providing direct therapeutic services for the program.

Must haves:

  • Masters degree (or higher) in a direct clinical practice human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or very closely related field of study) is required.
  • Idaho State Licensure associated with the degree (e.g. LCSW, LCPC) with the ability to clinical supervise other therapists
  • A valid Idahos drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience
  • A least 5 years clinical experience
  • Be at least 25 years of age

Our Clinical Supervisors:

  • Recruits, hires, and evaluates Therapist/Clinical Staff and interns
  • Are responsible for providing direct services to clients on assigned caseloads
  • Prepare individualized service plans, performs updates, log notes, and other documentation as outlined
  • Ensures program/site employees adherence to the identified program model
  • Provides clinical consultation and supervision to team members
  • Ensures that treatment integrity is addressed and improved through monitoring, tracking, and systematic supervision
