Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to oversee and manage architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public infrastructure, urban planning, and sustainable design. This role requires excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure the successful execution of projects that enhance the communitys built environment. Throughout the day to day of this role you will need to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and standards. Another major aspect of the role will include collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications will also be required.
Salary is between 90-95K

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 5 years experience
- 1-year managerial experience
- Experience working within the division of public works
- Experience with Smartsheet, blue beam, project mates, adobe, lean, IPD or related transferrable tools
