Wells Fargo Administrative Assistant in BOISE, Idaho
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Wealth Client Management team's Branch Manager.
In this role, you will:
Support moderately complex administrative tasks
Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
Process daily branch deposits
Order office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming calls
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Experienced in multi-line phone system
Experience having worked in a professional business office
Effective at scheduling meetings and coordinating activities in a timely and organized fashion
Display initiative with positive attitude with willingness to offer support wherever needed
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
