ManpowerGroup Admin Assistant/Land Coordinator in Boise, Idaho
Our client in the residential building industry is seeking a Land Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Land Coordiator
Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $21.00 + per hour
JOB Summary : The land coordinator is responsible for contract management, file management, invoice processing, and corporate reporting under the direct supervision of land management as it relates to the division’s real estate acquisitions, assets, and business strategies.
essentIaL duties and responsibilites:
Describe the duty/responsibility % of time
Coordinate and organize bids and contracts for contractors, trades, and consultants for the land department. Process invoices with direction from Land Development and Forward Planning and maintain an organized filing system. 40%
Assist Forward Planning with ordering and releasing consultants for both due-diligence activities and for phase design, including but not limited to environmental, surveyor, civil engineer, and landscape architect. 15%
Assist in preparing and submitting application package to obtain all regulatory permits/licenses. Monitor receipt of engineering reports/designs/plot plans, including but not limited to soils, lot fit studies, and opinion of engineering quantities and costs, for each phase of development. Assist Land Development and Forward Planning with a thorough review of all receivables for completeness and accuracy. 20%
Assist Forward Planning with routing of final plats, engineering plans, and provide required information to consultants (i.e. house plans, hold-downs, etc.), 10%
Assist Forward Planning with HOA formation, including creation of maintenance maps & budgets and oversight of management companies. 5%
Primary contact with sales team for plot plans and land related inquiries. Responsible for notifications to team of approved plans and recorded maps and addresses. Work with sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing departments for new model complex layouts. 5%
Assist Land Development and Forward Planning with creation of land kick-off meetings, land disclosures, and to obtain bonds and track until bonds are exonerated. 5%

education/experience/minimum requiremenTs:
Education
- High School degree required (College degree a plus)
Experience
- 2+ years prior administrative experience in a professional environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes.
Proficienct in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must have excellent communications skills
Work 8-hour days with flexibility for additional work hours when necessary
In office 5 days a week
