We are a seeking a Inventory/Shipping Clerk in the Ronkonkoma area. Someone who has worked with different inventory systems and is able to communicate well via SLACK. If you have experience please ! Any questions send an email to chris.caiozzo@randstadusa.com or call 631-784-3161.

Responsibilities
Stock Monitoring:
Keep track of inventory levels to ensure that stock is sufficient and reorder when necessary.
Perform regular stock counts (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly) to maintain accurate records.
Inventory Organization:
Ensure that inventory is stored properly in designated areas, following company protocols for easy retrieval.
Label products clearly and maintain an organized and tidy warehouse.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of inventory items, including quantities, locations, and serial numbers.
Update the inventory management system with new stock, stock movements, and discrepancies.
Receiving Goods:
Inspect incoming shipments to ensure they match the purchase order in terms of quantity, quality, and condition.
Enter received goods into the inventory system and label products accordingly.
Stock Rotation:
Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) or other stock rotation methods to prevent product expiration or obsolescence.
Inventory Reporting:
Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and any issues regarding inventory for management review.
Handling Returns:
Process returns or damaged goods and update inventory levels accordingly.
