Sartorius North America Finance & Controlling Intern - Onsite in Bohemia, New York
As the Finance & Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for handling general administrative and support activities for the Finance and Controlling department.
Onsite role in our Bohemia, NY location.
What you will accomplish together with us:
- You will monitor and maintain open balances of assigned customers.
- One of your tasks will be to communicate and follow up with assigned customers regarding payment status.
- You will assist in obtaining necessary documentation and coordinate resolutions for disputed invoices.
- On an as needed basis, you will perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What will convince us:
- Good standard of education, ideally with internship experience in administration.
- Experience with office administration.
- Strong organization and effective communication skills across all levels and functions.
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $18.00/hour.
