What you will do:

• Lead the creation of key strategy documents, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.

• Identify and address unmet or emerging customer needs, driving product and program improvements.

• Coach the team on market positioning and the strengths/weaknesses of key competitors, and guide the team in using data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.

• Drive segmentation and targeting strategies to improve commercial efficiency.

• Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning.

• Accurately forecast resource needs and ensure their effective allocation.

• Demonstrate financial acumen in managing budgets and profit plans.

• Collaborate across functional teams to achieve business objectives, influencing and building partnerships as needed.

What you will need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of experience within the medical devices industry

• Solid experience in marketing

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience in Orthopedics
