ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in both traditional AI andGenerative AI to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems. You will also be at the forefront of generative AI research, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) models to create innovative solutions, suchas language generation, image synthesis, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, and experience working with neural networks, including transformer-based models for generative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES…
Drive completion of monthly manual billing data capture and revenue coordination.
Enhance transactional processing capabilities to meet billing timelines.
Focus on eliminating single points of failure through change management and continuous improvement.
Support growth in manual data collection and processing for usage billing.
Assist Data Analysts to ensure their success.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer-facing reporting.
Provide operational support and service restoration for the platform.
Handle urgent ad hoc query requests and deliver necessary data.
Identify and resolve data load and report generation issues proactively.
Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and high quality, emphasizing master data tactics.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS…
Proficiency in Python, R, and other relevant programming languages for data science and machine learning, including experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong background in traditional machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees, SVMs) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), with expertise in neural network architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT), as well as natural language processing (NLP) techniques such as sentiment analysis and machine translation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI) for model deployment and scaling, along with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and experience working with large, complex datasets in agile environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, ora related field.
3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with demonstrated success in building and deploying models in production.
Prior experience working on Generative AI projects, such as text generation, image creation, or AI-driven creative applications.
A strong portfolio of AI-related projects or contributions to open-source AI tools or research.
