ACERCA DE ESTA OPORTUNIDAD…

Iron Mountain en este momento se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Analista Junior de Cobranzas, el cual tiene por función minimizar el riesgo financiero para la organización mediante la evaluación y el asesoramiento sobre la solvencia crediticia de los clientes existentes y potenciales. Investiga solicitudes de crédito y aprueba solicitudes dentro de los lineamientos establecidos para empresas y particulares. Sirve de enlace con clientes corporativos y otros departamentos para resolver problemas crediticios. Puede cobrar y negociar condiciones de pago de cuentas vencidas.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE…

  • Gestionar una cartera de clientes asignados.

  • Contacto con el cliente mediante email y teléfono.

  • Conciliar los pagos realizados por el cliente.

  • Reportar a tus líderes las estrategias o procesos que has llevado a cabo para lograr el cobro oportuno.

  • Alcanzar metas mensualmente indicadas por la empresa.

  • Recuperación o impacto de la morosidad del cliente

TUS CALIFICACIONES...

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres de carreras administrativas o financieras o recién egresado.

  • Habilidades de comunicación

  • Conocimiento de Office Excel.

  • Trabajo en equipo

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente o cobranzas (cartera)
