The position works in full compliance with laws, industry regulations, BMS Policies and Procedures including Business Rules as well as the BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Primary objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive business performance to achieve financial targets

  • Plan, control and implement Brand Plans for the IO oncology products and indications assigned

  • Establish a short-term/long-term strategic directive for the brands

  • Strategic analysis to identify business opportunities

  • Manage/control the resources assigned to the brands

  • Design and develop the business strategies ensuring goals are aligned with Brand objectives

  • Face the challenging health environment and critical resources issues

  • Collaborate directly with Franchise Managers on brand strategy with the development of promotional materials for all channels.

  • Lead and coordinate the development of Omnichannel* campaigns for IO and hematology working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager.

  • Support with the implementation of events and sponsorships of scientific associations.

  • Coordination with the region in the development and implementation of the brands' market research.

Skills, Competencies and Knowledge

  • Is a role model for BMS employees and leaders

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong internal/external relationships and to work with diverse cross-functional teams

  • Understand the Health Care System, its policies and the short/medium/long-term impact on BMS brand

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Knowledge and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities for high cost products

  • Timely reaction to changes in the environment

  • Professional in Health or administrative careers.

  • Leadership skills and experience managing projects with cross functional teams.

  • Knowledgeable and experience in high-cost diseases

Education / Experience / Language

Education

Health or administrative areas

MBA preferred

Experience

At least 3-years' experience as Product Manager for high Specialty or Biotech high.

Strong oncology knowledge preferred.

Language

Fluent in English written/oral.
