Your Role

The role involves leading a team to oversee the performance of Integrated Logistics Control Towers and LSPs, handling business analytics, troubleshooting escalations, updating SOPs, monitoring performance trends, and managing business reviews, CAPA, and BCP.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliveryof operational services by coordinating related activities across all ControlTowers against SLA

• Developmentof a strong working relationship between business management andoperations aiming for one common target – creating a cohesive team deliveringoperational excellence

• Pointof contact/escalation for customer concerns at the appropriate counterpartlevel

• Activemonitoring of the LSP performance and integration of the existingrelationships with the relevant LSPs in scope

• Leadregular (monthly, quarterly) management meetings with LSPs to identify areas ofimprovement, track root causes, and define future prevention actions.

• Identify areas of improvement, track rootcauses and define actions for prevention in the future

• Maintain and update customer SOP in closecollaboration with Business Manager

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelors University degree in International Business or related careers

• Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road)

• Experience in Supply Chain optimization and operationalperformance improvement

• Experience with cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment

• Fluent English
