Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición BI Analyst que estará localizada en Santa Fé de Bogotá, Colombia.

Propósito:

Supports the Deliver business with E2E Insights & Analytics, by building digital products and shaping data assets.

Works as a member of a scrum team, operating in sprints, executing the build of priorities, shaping solutions, and partnering with the business in deploying this within operations or management teams.

Analyzes and interprets strategic and tactical business development needs in Deliver to contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.

Does simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the Delivers BI strategy.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Responsabilidades principais:

• Builds Business Intelligence and Digital Data solutions in line with user needs and requirements in support of the Deliver insights & analytics strategy

• Supports Deliver Business Owners as a Product Analyst, translating User Requirements into User Stories

• Support the Deliver Business as a SME for Global and Regional capabilities, technologies, and digital solutions

• Conduct non-development related tasks, in research, design, investigation, exploration, and prototyping of digital solutions

• Brainstorm with business owners on digital tools

• Lead the deployment of digital products

• Connect to digital product and technology teams, keeping up to date with tools and portfolio

Qualifications

Qualificações:

• Required Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s or other equivalent experience

• Required Years of Related Experience:

Requires 2 Years Work Experience

• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)

Business intelligence tools (E.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).

Data Prep / ETL (e.g. Alteryx),

Microsoft Office and Power Platform (e.g. PowerApps)

• English required; other languages are an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Minimum Education:

Bachelors, or other equivalent experience

Preferred Area of Study:

Data, Analytics & Computational Science

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): 2 years in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or Information Technology

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

(Include any preferred computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)

Spanish, or Portuguese is a nice to have. Other European languages would be an asset.

Certification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Products is a nice to have
