Generalidades del puesto

Realizar todas las actividades relacionadas con la preparación, cargue de pagos desde las diferentes modalidades de pago: transferencias, cheques. Aseguramiento de la información financiera (correcta aplicación de registros contables de los pagos en los sistemas de información) de acuerdo con el cumplimiento normativo y corporativo. Análisis de la información, optimizando la veracidad de los pagos y del proceso asignado

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Custodiar los recursos monetarios de la compañía. (Saldos bancarios).

• Elaborar propuesta de pago a proveedores dentro del cumplimiento de fechas acordadas con proveedores nacionales y exterior.

• Controlar que se cumpla con todos los pagos y cumplimientos que deriven de erogaciones a proveedores y acreedores.

• Velar y presentar oportuna y adecuadamente la información contable relacionada con el proceso de pagos (Registros contables de comprobantes de egreso, recibos de caja) de acuerdo con cumplimiento de fechas.

• Realizar estimado de pagos por cada semana del mes, velando por la disponibilidad de los recursos.

• Llevar control y gestión sobre partidas conciliatorias originadas en el proceso de pagos.

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

• Educación: Contador Público/Administrador Financiero/Economista/Administrador de empresas/ deseable con especialización en finanzas.

• Experiencia: : 2 Años o más en áreas financieras; 1 año o más en cargos relacionados a manejo de tesorerías regionales (LATAM) - Locales – Shared services Center.

• Conocimientos Técnicos: altos conocimientos en procesos de tesoreria locales y regionales/ pago de Operaciones con intercompañias /Controles tasa de cambio Excel y herramientas estadísticas - Power Point Avanzado (herramientas ofimáticas /intermedio - avanzado). Conocimiento de ERP Financiero. Conocimiento en normas US GAAP.
