Are you a seasoned manager in the landscaping space? Are you looking for your next challenge to grow and excel with a growing company near Athens, GA? This job could be for you! Our client is looking to hire a seasoned Branch Manager for their landscaping business. Must have experience understanding GM and revenue, and how to drive margins. Looking for leaders that like to get rewarded as they win-this job is salary + bonus/commission with a lot of earning potential! Please with resume attached if interested!

salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and managing a $10 million dollar landscaping business near the Athens/Bogart area.

1/2 of the business is landscaping maintenance (current customers) and 1/2 is landscaping installations at new construction sites.

Must have managed a landscaping business with around $10 million in revenue yearly.

Must have experience leading teams of over 50 employees, including landscapers, managers, and office staff.

Must be ok working on a salary + bonus/commission payscale.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

Skills

• Landscaping Management (5 years of experience is required)

• Budget Management (5 years of experience is required)

• People Management (5 years of experience is required)

• Business operations (5 years of experience is required)
