Our client, an established Real Estate Investment Company is looking for an experienced tax accountant to take their career to the next level. This company acquires, manages and finances commercial properties is looking for a tax accountant to join their team. Responsibilites will include: * Preparing tax projections for businesses, estates, trusts and individuals * Reporting on the tax treatment of tenant and building improvements * Section 199A deduction calculations * Transfers of partnership interests and SEC 743(b) basis step up calculations and related depreciation * Multi-state tax experience and more. Responsibilities

• Tax projections for businesses, estates, and trusts

• Tax reporting of securities transactions

• Preparation of entity financial statements, accrual, and tax basis

• Tax treatment of tenant improvements and building improvements

• Financial analysis and tax research; generate reports with suggestions to principals

• Transfers of partnership interests: tax treatment, SEC 743(b) basis step up calculations and related depreciation

• Section 199A deductions calculations

• Depreciation conventions and calculations for tenant and building improvements

• Familiarity with state taxes for individual, estates, trusts, and partnerships
