Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Boca Raton, Florida. As a crucial part of our team, your role will involve a variety of tasks, primarily revolving around transaction management, particularly on the Accounts Payable side. You will also be involved in streamlining the entries process, handling Accounts Receivable, and using manufacturing software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Accounts Payable transactions effectively

• Streamline the entries process to ensure efficient operations

• Handle the Accounts Receivable function, including sending out invoices and processing payments

• Utilize manufacturing software for various accounting tasks

• Support in quarter end and year end financial activities

• Match received parts in a 3-way process to ensure accuracy

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Assist in the Month End Close process by making necessary journal entries

• Use General Ledger functions for bank reconciliations and other tasks

• Adapt and learn company-specific software for better efficiency in tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated experience in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Expertise in maintaining and updating the General Ledger

• Ability to record and manage Journal Entries accurately

• Experience in executing Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software

• Proficiency in using Oracle for financial management

• Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Knowledge of SAP for financial operations and reporting
