Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the accounting sector, based in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. The role of a Staff Accountant entails a range of responsibilities pertaining to accounts management, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the responsibility of handling Accounts Payable (AP) tasks effectively.

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Maintain the General Ledger meticulously and keep it up-to-date.

• Prepare and post Journal Entries as part of accounting procedures.

• Contribute towards Month End Close activities to ensure timely completion.

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting operations and data management.

• Work with Oracle for efficient data processing and record keeping.

• Leverage QuickBooks for efficient financial management and reporting.

• Apply SAP software for various accounting and financial tasks. Requirements • Entry level position, no prior experience required

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Ability to perform bank reconciliations

• Proficiency in handling General Ledger

• Experience in making Journal Entries

• Knowledge of Month End Close procedures

• Experience with NetSuite software is a plus

• Familiarity with Oracle software preferred

• QuickBooks proficiency is desirable

• Knowledge of SAP software will be beneficial.
