Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves providing administrative and office support within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting multiple agents and handling a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Fielding and directing telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Receiving and directing visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly and professionally.

• Maintaining and managing word processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Managing filing systems and ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Operating fax machines and ensuring important documents are sent and received in a timely manner.

• Demonstrating strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Utilizing internet research skills to gather important information and data.

• Typing at a speed of 45 - 60 WPM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handling mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design tasks.

• Ensuring excellent communication skills are maintained at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM

• Proficient in using MS Excel

• Experience in a sales assistant role or similar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• High level of customer service skills

• Good numeracy skills for handling transactions

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
