As a result of internal employee promotions, Florida Atlantic University is seeking two Recruitment Service Administrators in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Recruitment Service Administrators will direct workflow to ensure that human capital management (recruiting) processes are completed and comply with federal, state, and university hiring procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for recruitment related processes for hiring departments.

  • Responsible for understanding, executing, and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations impacting the University and Human Resources.

  • Responsible for managing various email accounts and providing timely responses.

  • Exercise independent problem-solving skills when addressing a human resources related issue or inquiry.

  • Reviewing recruitment requests for AMP, SP, Temporary and Student postings, posting positions, and placing outside advertising.

  • Review applications and resumes to determine whether the candidate meets the minimum qualifications for the position.

  • Assist with training new and existing HR staff members on various tasks such as Workday troubleshooting,

  • Train and guide HR Partners on how to use Workday Recruitment, as well assisting them in understanding and adhering to various University policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for properly guiding departments on what is acceptable interview protocol, including guidance on applicant selections, interview questions and appropriate selection criteria.

  • Determine when the application pool has been properly and completely screened in order to release the candidate pool.

  • Manage the background check pre-adverse process by contacting applicants to discuss background check results and issue the necessary regulatory documents to the applicant.

  • Responsible for testing various business processes and identifying the best resolution in addressing Workday technical issues.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma and five (5) years of appropriate experience required.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience.

Salary:

$51,000 per year.
