What are we looking for?

The Project Manager, Business Development is responsible for oversee client-facing projects while driving strategic growth initiatives. This individual will ensure seamless project execution, foster client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence across all RMA service lines.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, technical, and compliance experts, to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Create and present compelling proposals, project plans, and client reports to stakeholders.

  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client and internal objectives.

  • Research industry trends, emerging regulations, and market needs to align business strategies with client expectations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to promotional materials, webinars, and industry events to build brand awareness.

  • Lead cross-selling initiatives by identifying synergies between service offerings and client needs.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Science (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry or related field)

  • 0-1 years’ experience

  • Familiar with toxicological endpoints and general process of risk assessment

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
