We are offering an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The primary function of this role is to manage the production of accurate and timely payroll for employees while ensuring strong internal customer service in a deadline-driven environment. This role will also require you to perform limited Workday and ADP Workforce Now administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process and balance payroll for a substantial number of employees.

• Engage in manual check processing.

• Create and analyze reports using Report Writer.

• Process final termination pay based on company policy and state regulations.

• Enter payroll transactions into the payroll system.

• Upload expenses and other transactions.

• Recognize, research, and recommend resolution for payroll-related issues.

• Assist in training new team members.

• Represent the Payroll Department at meetings, training sessions, and other events.

• Run payroll related reports for each payroll period.

• Research and respond to internal or external inquiries as needed.

• Perform complex payroll functions such as handling garnishments and local taxes.

• Initiate manual checks and stop payments.

• Audit for compliance to internal and external labor laws and policies.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator

• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is essential

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience in 401k and RRSP Administration is necessary

• Familiarity with About Time software is required

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is necessary

• Must have experience in Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Check Processing is required

• Proficiency in ADP Payroll is essential

• Experience in MS Great Plains Accounting is a must
