Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the commercial restoration and construction sector, based in Boca Raton, Florida. The IT Risk and Compliance Specialist role involves managing functions related to vendor approval, insurance renewals, and business licenses. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage licensing applications and renewals.

• Maintain precise records of licenses and certifications.

• Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and renewals.

• Provide administrative support on related matters.

• Conduct research on licensing requirements and regulations.

• Ensure proper tracking of all compliance items within the project management software.

• Identify and implement processes to maximize efficiency.

• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

• Develop negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

• Assess, manage and mitigate risks.

• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

• Work with operating teams to monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Requirements • Proficiency in IT risk management and compliance

• Demonstrable experience with Archer

• Familiarity with CobiT framework

• Proficient in using Confluence for team collaboration

• Solid understanding of data mining techniques

• Prior experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Skilled in auditing processes and procedures

• Experience in claim administration

• Understanding of compliance protocols and procedures
