This Customer Service Representative position is located in the Boca Raton, FL area and is looking to be filled as soon as possible!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence over email

• Prove exceptional customer service in a timely manner

• Accurately document customer interaction and information

• Be able to multitask with inbound and outbound calls daily.

• Utilizing multiple screens to resolve customer concerns

  Requirements

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative include:

• 1+ year experience in customer service in a office setting preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Customer Centric mindset with a positive attitude
