Job Title: A/R Coordinator (Accounts Receivable Coordinator)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (A/R) Coordinator to manage the financial and clerical aspects of our accounts receivable operations. In this role, the A/R Coordinator will be responsible for managing and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, as well as resolving any discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services provided to customers.

  • Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts—customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-off, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.

  • Running regular reports and review for any abnormalities or issues, as well as ensuring that all data is accurate.

  • Developing and implementing processes to improve the accounts receivable function and ensure compliance with all related company policies.

  • Communicating professionally with clients regarding their accounts.

  • Engaging with various departments to resolve outstanding issues.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in Finance and Accounts Receivable.

  • An Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, although a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience using accounting software.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical skills.
