We are searching for a talented Appointment Setter/Cashier who can help our award-winning service team achieve their targeted goals. If you have a knack for customer service and want to increase your earning potential while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!

As a Business Development Service Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective service customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.

  • Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads

  • Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions

  • Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

  • Introduce customers to service team

  • Enter customer information into CRM

  • Balance cashier account daily

  • Scan Service and Parts Invoices

Who are we looking for?

  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated

  • Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales

  • Dealership experience, a plus

  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume

  • Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service

  • Strong communication skills –verbal and written

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

The expected pay range for this position is ($1.13 to $28.13) (Hourly).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
