Basic Job Functions:
This position requires a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and scheduledand unscheduled over-time. The role of the Roll Shop Grinder includes, but is not limited to the following:
Operating CNC roll grinding machine and maintaining the quality of the mill rolls
Troubleshooting and maintaining grinders
Coordinating the work flow through the roll shop

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Roll Shop and with rolling process
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience
Experience with precision measuring equipment
Experience in a machine shop
