Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at a site in Blytheville, AR. The primary responsibility is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, such as excavators and off-road dump trucks. This role involves a variety of tasks, including oil changes, parts replacement, and hydraulic repairs. The candidate must have their own basic hand tools, while other necessary tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including excavators and off-road dump trucks.
Conduct oil changes, parts replacement, and hydraulic repairs.
Document services performed on equipment.
Notify the onsite team once repairs are completed.
Test machines after repairs are completed.
Essential Skills
Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Ability to perform oil changes and parts replacement.
Proficiency in documenting services performed.
Ability to test machinery post-repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No certifications are required but would be a plus.
HVAC knowledge is beneficial.
Experience with diesel engines is advantageous.

Work Environment
The candidate will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Flexibility in shift timings is available, with the primary shift being Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, but can be adjusted to 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, or 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Weekend work is optional but not mandatory.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00
