West Virginia Employer Outreach Worker/Intake Data Entry Clerk in Bluefield, West Virginia
The purpose of the position is to process referrals and provide outreach services for potential Right from the Start participants, after eligibility status has been verified of women and infants. Job duties include but are not limited to: contacting clients referred from partner agencies (i.e. WIC, DHHR, hospitals, etc.) for participation in the RFTS Program; establishing rapport with potential clients, nurses, social workers, community partners and medical providers and attending community events. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, excellent computer skills, good oral and written communication skills. A formerly enrolled client that has had personal experience and understands processes of the program is preferred.
