DUTIES

To assist customers with telephone inquires while practicing the First Community Way with each and every customer. One must be able to own the customer's problems and know how to use resources to get the customer's issues solved. One must have a good knowledge of our chat software and answer all chats with excellent written communication skills. Agent will be trained on the bank's Internet Banking product and will be expected to assist customers with technical / computer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• General banking knowledge • Excellent oral and written skills • PC and AS400 skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Well organized and attentive to detail • Ability to perform multi-tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to adjust to a changing environment • Ability to work all shifts in Customer Support Center
