Aventure Staffing Welder (Quarterly Bonuses) in Blue Earth, Minnesota

$19+/Hour based on experience
Mon-Thur, 6 am- 430 pm
Here is your opportunity to work for a local, family-owned company as a welder. This company prides itself on employee retention and proven safety standards. Responsibilities:
Perform welding using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) to fabricate or repair metal structures and components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements and techniques.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; perform necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and address any welding-related issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding is preferred.
Proven experience as a welder or in a similar role.
Familiarity with different welding techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
$19+/Hour based on experience
Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
Paid every Friday
