Position Summary

The Business Analyst team member provides operational business support for the submission of supplemental risk adjustment data from providers and vendors. This production environment team member is working in a fast-paced environment across multiple platforms, with various business partners.

Responsibilities include:

Liaising: Acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and internal groups.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues for clients and colleagues

Identifying issues: Noticing data aberrations and recommending a path forward.

Process Improvement: Analyzing processes and suggesting improvements.

Managing workflow: Managing workflow ensuring accurate collection and reporting.

Escalating concerns: Raising concerns to team members and management.

Monitoring processes: Monitoring over all data flow and raising concerns.

Providing support: Providing ad hoc support for production related activity.

Documenting processes: Keeping records of configuration changes and documenting processes.

Prioritizing: Managing workflow to meet or exceed commitments

Analyzing post-implementation: Analysis of post-implementation to measure successful functionality.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior business experience acting as a liaison between vendors and user groups.

  • Prior experience in a production workflow environment.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Detail-oriented, ability to pay close attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
