Description We are in search of a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our vibrant team in BLUE ASH, Ohio, United States. This role involves developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs and applications, working closely with functional teams to understand their requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development and implementation phases, while staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications

• Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development and implementation phases

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively

• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members

• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met

• Document technical specifications and development processes

• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• Perform system testing and validation procedures

• Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Assist in planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations. Requirements • Proficient in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Create Dashboards, Design, SAP APO.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer.

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.

• Demonstrated experience in Agile development methodology is preferred.

• Proven understanding of relational databases, data systems, and data warehouses.

• Strong problem-solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.

• Must be a strong team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.

• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and to different audiences.
