Robert Half FCC Experience Analyst in Blue Ash, Ohio

Description We are seeking an Analyst to join our team in BLUE ASH, Ohio. The selected candidate will work in our dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the analysis and improvement of business processes, project management, and client relationships. This role involves working with a variety of industries, ensuring the timely completion of assigned project phases and actively participating in the preparation of client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and the client’s business in a variety of industries.

• Ensure the timely and quality completion of assigned project phases.

• Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including agendas, status reports, and final reports.

• Mentor team members by demonstrating excellent client service, technical, and professional knowledge.

• Review team members' project work for quality and accuracy, providing valuable feedback on areas of improvement.

• Assist in scheduling and project prioritization for the team.

• Communicate findings, roadblocks, and project status to the project team management.

• Identify areas for improvement within processes and provide improvement suggestions when challenges arise.

• Independently interview client teams to understand current state system and processes.

• Foster and maintain meaningful client relationships.

• Oversee and review assessments of data and transactional information for suspicious or unusual activities.

• Prepare project status reports including outlining key accomplishments, items for discussion, and next steps.

• Identify areas of professional interest and complete trainings to expand knowledge in the designated area.

• Support Innovation activities by providing internal recommendations related to improving the way in which we deliver services to clients. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in an Analyst role

• Proficient in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes

• Familiarity with KYC AML regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
