Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Blue Ash, Ohio

Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services industry, located in BLUE ASH, Ohio. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering and directing calls, greeting clients, and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel

• Retrieve and relay messages for various team members

• Welcome clients and visitors to the company in a professional and hospitable manner

• Provide information to callers such as company address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information

• Handle incoming mail and publication, sorting and forwarding as necessary

• Forward faxes via email to all employees and send faxes to clients as needed

• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all office equipment

• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

• Assist with other related clerical duties as required

• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, including general upkeep in the office suite

• Perform other functions as assigned by management as business conditions change.

Requirements • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and managing databases.

• Strong financial acumen with a basic understanding of financial services industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance and deadlines.

• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.

• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving administrative skills.
