Your pay: $22 - $32 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:
Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
Remain customer service focused.
Experience or Certification needed:
5 years of HVAC Service Experience.
EPA universal certification preferred.
OSHA 10 preferred.
You need to be able to:
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
Be punctual and reliable.
Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
On call availability.
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
Work efficiently in confined spaces.
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
