Description:

• Scope and prioritize project requests

• Creates and maintains R to L project timelines aligning with requested milestones from internal customers

• Works with Center of Innovation to track progress and create Gate Reviews

• Participate in development of optimized processes supporting Advanced Manufacturing and the Centers of Innovation

• Ensure deliverables from other groups are identified and communicated

• Create a visual process flow to help other understand the overall vision

• Communicate timeline, gates, KPIs effectively to all stakeholders

• Work with internal customers on communication expectations, cadence & content

• Utilize tools such as FMEA and RASCI and finance models to help align resources and goals

Skills:

Engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development engineering, Design, Mechanical, Project engineering

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years project manager in product development or manufacturing environment

• 1+ year experience with Agile project management methods

• Phase gate experience a must

• Agile or Waterfall

• MS Project

• Project Management

• Technology or manufacturing projects

• Gant charts

• Project plans
