Position Summary: Join our dynamic team at SkyWater Technology as a Process Integration Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge eight-inch Silicon designs to life. In this role, you will work on diverse projects, including resistive memories, bio sensors, micro bolometers, and CMOS ASICs, employing innovative circuit elements like carbon nanotube transistors, capacitors, and resistors within 90 and 130nm process flows. Responsibilities: New process development/transfer/integration in a manufacturing environment. Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for Foundry customers in one or more of diffusion, films, photo, etch, or CMP areas. Development of specialized/novel device integration schemes to support customer needs. Process integration for CMOS/MEMS/Superconducting/Photonics or other novel device types. Could develop into a technical project lead position integrating customer device requests. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
