TEKsystems Member Service Representative in Bloomington, Minnesota

Job Description: 

This position is with a large healthcare organization, headquartered in Bloomington, MN. They have 50+ clinic locations in the Twin Cities, and are expanding primarily throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.

  • Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

  • They will allow people to work remotely after a day or so of training, but all candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

  • It is highly preferred that all candidates have call center experience to be considered for this role. Tenure of work history is key and will be used as a disqualifier.

  • 2+ year of call center experience.

  • Ability to type 35+ WPM

  • High School Diploma
