Responsibilities Include:

• Desktop & Printer support

• Workstation application support

• Server application support

• Line of business application support

• Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients

• Cloud management

• Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails

• Creating and managing user accounts

• New PC and workstation setups

• Assist with Managing 0365 licensing

• Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices

• Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect

• Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.

• Assist with onsite support as needed

• Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk

department

• Documentation using company software

In Addition, the following skills and abilities are required:

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks to achieve goals/projects

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Must be well organized and have great problem-solving skills

• Ability to gather, document and evaluate information that will lead to outstanding solutions

Nice to Have:

• 1+ years in IT support or related field

• Experience with ConnectWise Software

• An understanding of Microsoft operating system and software

• Experience working within the medical space and understanding of HIPAA

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00
