We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team immediately! This opportunity offers room for career growth as we are looking to train and promote from within. Our Direct Support Professionals work one on one with clients, in their own homes and in the community, to focus on goals that they have set for themselves, build skills that empower them, and help them engage and integrate with their community while remaining independent. Responsibilities Meet with clients, one on one, in their homes on a regularly scheduled basis. Support clients through creative, thoughtful, problem-solving Understand and work to follow through with support plan goals. Assist individuals in planning and structuring time together. Timely completion of documentation of activities and progress as directed by supervisor. Clear and professional communication with clients, Field Coordinators, and members of the support team. Some of these tasks include: Assisting with day-to-day tasks ( i.e grocery shopping and running errands etc.) Finance management i.e. helping them navigate technology to pay bills etc. Participating in a fun activities or hobbies. Providing genuine companionship and reliable support. Scheduled Care Services: In-Home Supportive Services (IHS) with training: Homemaking Support
